My personal story

Hi, I’m Irina Wolf. My journey has been one of resilience and transformation, moving from the depths of depression to a life dedicated to health, wellness, and joyful living. I believe that every challenge can become a stepping stone toward discovering your true potential.

Creativity, Neurodiversity, and Early Struggles

Before I found my path in holistic health, my first love was art. I spent over a decade in art schools, refining my skills and sharpening my eye for detail. Creativity has always been at the heart of how I see the world - whether as an art teacher, photographer’s assistant, prop creator, stylist, makeup artist, or photographer. These experiences shaped not only my artistic vision but also my ability to think outside the box, make unexpected connections, and approach problem-solving in a deeply intuitive way.

My neurodivergence is a core part of this perspective. It has given me a unique way of experiencing the world - one that embraces depth, complexity, and an ability to see patterns where others might not.

But in my early years, it also contributed to feelings of isolation, sadness, and an overwhelming sense of not quite fitting in. As a teenager, I struggled with deep depression, questioning whether my life had any real meaning. Yet, even in my darkest moments, a part of me held onto hope, searching for something more.

Nightlife and a Search for Purpose

By my early twenties, I found myself immersed in the fast-paced world of nightclub work. At first, the late nights and high energy felt like an escape, but over time, I realised that this lifestyle was depleting me. The further I drifted from my health and creativity, the more I longed for something with true meaning.

A Cliff Dive, a Concussion, and a Will to Live

During this phase, I took part in an adventure reality TV show, where I had to leap from a towering cliff into the water below. What should have been a thrilling moment left me with a concussion and a stark moment of clarity. As I struggled underwater, something shifted - I felt an overwhelming will to live. Emerging from that experience marked the beginning of my transformation. I knew I had to make a radical change, one that would allow me to truly heal and grow.

Discovering Healing Through Massage and Yoga

Determined to rebuild my life, I left the nightlife industry and trained as a massage therapist, following in my mother’s footsteps. Growing up, I watched her study conventional medicine while working as a massage therapist and energy healer, teaching medical massage and bio-energy work. Stepping into this field felt like returning to my roots, reconnecting with a lineage of holistic healing. My training deepened my understanding of how physical touch, energy work, and compassion can support wellbeing.

Not long after, I joined a health and wellness reality show, where I was introduced to the power of Nutritional Therapy and hot yoga. In just two weeks, my energy, mood, and overall health transformed. Inspired by this, I trained as a yoga teacher under Fierce Grace founder Michele Pernetta, further exploring the connection between body, mind, and emotional resilience.

Entrepreneurship and Deeper Studies

My passion for holistic health led me to launch into my first entrepreneurial venture - an online platform for mobile therapists. This project connected me with a diverse range of healthcare and wellness professionals, from osteopaths to practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. The experience broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the profound impact of Nutritional Therapy.

Through this journey, I realised that my true calling wasn’t in running an online business but in working directly with people. With that clarity, I chose to close the platform and dedicate myself fully to becoming a nutritional therapist. Over the next five years, I immersed myself in rigorous study, exploring how food, lifestyle, and mindset can shape health on every level - physical, mental, and emotional.

Why I Do What I Do

Today, I’m a qualified nutritional therapist, lifestyle medicine practitioner, yoga instructor, massage therapist and phlebotomist. My goal is to guide others toward sustainable, empowering, and even joyful approaches to health. I don’t believe in perfection or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I meet you where you are, tailoring a path to fit your unique needs and goals.

I intimately understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. I also know that even the smallest shift can spark profound change. Whether you’re looking to address chronic health issues, boost your energy, or feel more at home in your body, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.

At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that health is about so much more than the absence of illness - it’s about thriving. It’s about finding joy in movement, nourishment, and self-care. It’s about living with curiosity, creativity, and a deep sense of aliveness.
